Eligibility for Returns
Because we sell personal care and cosmetic products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used or opened products
- Makeup brushes, sponges, or other tools once used
- Lipsticks, mascaras, and eyeliners (if packaging is opened)
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not issued for items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Please use a trackable shipping service—we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
